Crystal Clear Companions (CCC) are more than just companions; they are your ultimate partners in exploring different blockchains. CCCompanions Royalty Sharing (CCCrs) is an automated process where rewards are shared with holders. It happens seamlessly in the background without any action required from the holders.
When royalties are generated, they are sent to a “splitter” contract. This contract divides the royalties, with 60% going to CCCompanions holders and 40% going to the team and collaborating Artists. After that, the royalties are sent to a “claim” contract.
To claim their share of royalties, holders need to wait for specific days. The first week of each month is "Claim Week". From the 1st to the 7th of each month, holders can claim their underlying royalties from the past month.
It’s important for holders to claim their royalties before they decide to list or sell their CCCompanions. If royalties remain unclaimed, they will be transferred with the asset when it’s sold.
